Dogs adopted to homes in New England are transported via Alpha Dog Transport. They have many convenient stops in PA, NJ, CT, and VT. Dogs leave TN Friday afternoon and arrive on Saturday. Stops and times are advised when the adoption is approved. The adopter is responsible for the $140 fee for dogs / $70 fee for cats charged by Alpha Dog Transport. The fee is paid to them in cash when the dog is claimed. All vet paperwork is handed off at that time.
